Mr Bialostocki is a Specialist Plastic Surgeon, with a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). He is New Zealand-trained and up-to-date in the newest, safest and latest techniques available worldwide. His warm & respectful way with patients is well known, many coming to see him from the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, as well as the rest of New Zealand, throughout the Pacific and abroad for consultation and minor procedures at his private practice, the Da Vinci Clinic, and more significant operations at Tauranga’s Grace Hospital. Ensuring his patients receive excellent care and achievable, long-lasting results are of utmost importance to Mr.Bialostocki. 

His in-depth experience in the field of plastic surgery is an integral part of Mr. Bialostocki’s skill as a surgeon today, though an absolute talent for the procedures he performs has gained him a reputation as a highly respected plastic surgeon. Although his practice encompasses all areas of plastic surgery, his main emphasis is breast surgery (including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction and breast reconstruction), body contouring (including liposuction and abdominoplasty) as well as facial rejuvenation (facelifts, mid-face lifts, neck lifts, eyelid surgery, browlifts, rhinoplasty). The emerging field of body contouring after massive-weight loss is an interesting new sub-area, and Mr. Bialostocki performs, the leading techniques. Other procedures he covers include hand surgery, gynaecomastia correction and ACC scar revision surgery. He has developed a special interest in lipomodelling, the use of micro-fat grafts for cosmetic and reconstructive use.

With skin cancer being the most common cancer in New Zealand, Mr Bialostocki also performs a substantial amount of surgery concerned with this condition. At his private practice, the Da Vinci Clinic, his skills are complemented by his specialist colleagues, Dermatologist Dr Amy Stanway and Plastic Surgeon Mr Brandon Adams. 

Mr. Bialostocki is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, an invitation-only society of International Plastic Surgeons, which is a professional association devoted to maintenance of excellent ethical and professional standards within the field. Additionally, he has been on the executive of the New Zealand Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (NZAPS) and is an international member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). 

Mr. Bialostocki has an appointment at Tauranga Hospital as a visiting Plastic Surgery Consultant while previously he was a member of the Plastic Surgery department at Waikato Public Hospital in Hamilton. Mr. Bialostocki regularly presents to local general practitioners on plastic surgery topics and is also asked to give lectures to general practice registrars and nursing groups throughout the region. He updates his education with regular attendances at national and international conferences and workshops, also giving lectures at meetings.

Mr. Bialostocki moved to the Waikato Region in January 2003 and then to the Bay of Plenty in December 2007. He is a graduate of Otago Medical School (1993) and has since worked in Wellington, Lower Hutt, Auckland, Waikato and Middlemore Hospitals in a variety of different surgical specialties. He was trained in the New Zealand Plastic Surgery training program at Middlemore Hospital in South Auckland and Hutt Hospital in Lower Hutt. After being awarded his Fellowship in Plastic Surgery, he further honed his knowledge with extended visits to some of the most prominent plastic surgeons in Australia and Europe. 

As a resident of the Bay of Plenty, he enjoys makes the most of what the region has to offer, enjoying windsurfing, mountain biking and spending time with his growing family.
